When I took boxing about a year ago, I never expected to learn so much about the warrior life. Putting on boxing gloves makes me feel powerful. But it’s one thing to feel powerful, and it’s another actually to perform powerfully.
Walking our territory is meant to aid our confidence in Him. Remember Joshua. To march seven times around Jericho without attacking seemed foolish. But at the end, the victory was theirs and glory was God’s. It was evident that the Israelites had God’s favor.
The same applies to you and me. When we walk our territory, we are declaring that God is with us. We are stating to the enemy that our trust is in Him alone. We are standing firm in knowing victory is ours.
Remember, mindsets are like muscles; they must go through a process of repair before growth can occur. After a workout, our body repairs and replaces damaged muscle fibers.
It’s a similar process for renewing the mind; we must look at the lies and replace them with God’s truth. The more we stretch our truth muscles, the more they grow.
Get those gloves on, warrior! We must be ready at all times because the enemy will attack when we least expect it. His sole purpose is to “steal, kill and destroy” your life, home, and family.

Remember, you’ve got a fire within. Fan the flame, shine bright and live fearlessly. For God did not give you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
Fan the flame! 🔥
